Of course. Guided relaxation is a way to switch off and recharge; it does not require any spiritual belief.
That is not a problem. Falling asleep is completely natural, and if a position becomes uncomfortable, you can of course move or change position.
No special preparation is needed. After you sign up, I will send you all the important practical details.
We begin with a short conversation and a sound bath, then a guided relaxation gradually releases the body and its muscle tension. The session ends with a slow, gradual return.
That is not a problem at all. You do not have to “relax well”, and there is no expected state you need to reach. The guidance is exactly what helps you turn your attention, step by step, to your body and to resting.
Yes. The structure of the relaxation can be used on your own later, so you can use the technique you experienced in the session at home too.
There is nothing to stop you taking part, but it is important to know that guided relaxation is not a therapeutic treatment and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
Yes, there is no reason why not. If you are pregnant, please let me know when you sign up, so I can prepare a tea that is safe during pregnancy.

We begin the session with a conversation over tea, followed by nearly two hours of singing bowl relaxation. I play the Tibetan bowls around your body and directly on it. At the end we leave time for a gradual return.

Yes, but during pregnancy I play the bowls only around the body, not directly on it. Please let me know when you sign up.
If you have an implanted pacemaker or brain stimulator, because the vibration of the Tibetan bowls may affect how these delicate devices work.
After recent surgery or in the case of an injury, it is best to postpone the session.
If you have epilepsy or another significant health condition, please consult your doctor before signing up.

Tibetan singing bowl relaxation can activate the body's natural cleansing and self-healing processes, so a temporary increase in symptoms may occur.
Singing bowl relaxation can trigger detoxifying processes in the body, so it is advisable to drink more fluids after the session.
After the relaxation, it is a good idea to take it easy with your tasks and plans for the day.

We begin with a conversation over tea, followed by more than two hours of oil massage built on slow, gentle movements. At the end there is time for a gradual return and rest.
It is best to come in comfortable underwear that you do not mind getting oily. Whether you keep your underwear on is your own decision; intimate areas always remain covered.

Yes, there is a shower available on site.
However, the massage ritual uses high-quality, pure oils that are especially nourishing and beneficial for the skin - so washing them off is not strictly necessary. I provide a cloth for gently removing any excess oil.

Coaching is a supportive process based on questions and thinking together. Its aim is to help you look at a life situation, a block or a wish for change from a new perspective, recognise your own options and find the solutions that work for you. I do not give ready answers or advice; I support you in finding your own direction.
You can sign up for a single coaching session if you want to think through a specific question or situation. For lasting change, however, it is usually worth thinking in terms of a process: the time between sessions lets you try out your insights and new steps in everyday life, and then we work on from that experience. If you decide on a coaching process, we set out the framework and terms of our work in a coaching agreement.
Coaching is active joint work. Change requires your own participation, an investment of time and energy, and sometimes stepping out of your usual patterns or stretching your comfort zone. You decide what you take from our work together and what steps you take between two sessions.
Yes. I treat everything said in our conversations as confidential, and I see the coaching process as a partnership built on mutual trust.
No. Coaching is not psychotherapy, and it is not meant for processing trauma or other issues that require a therapeutic approach. If a topic comes up during our work that goes beyond the limits of coaching, I will say so, and if necessary we can suspend or postpone the process.
In the case of an acute or severe psychiatric condition, addiction, recent trauma, the early stage of grief or a seriously abusive life situation, these services do not offer appropriate help. In such cases I recommend seeking a suitably qualified professional.
Our work always starts from what is on your mind right now and where you would like to see change. Using questions, new perspectives and practical coaching tools, we work on helping you see your situation more clearly, recognise your own options and find the next steps that work for you. The focus is mainly on the present and on where you want to go from here.
A supportive conversation does not require a specific goal or a commitment to a longer process. It can be a good choice if you want to talk about a current situation, sort out your thoughts, or would simply welcome an accepting outside perspective. I accompany you with attentive listening, supportive questions and shared thinking, without steering the conversation along a predefined goal or coaching process.
