We arrange the appointment by email. I send an invoice for the agreed appointment, and the booking becomes final once the fee has arrived. You then receive a calendar invitation with all the important information about the session and how to get there.
You can change or cancel the agreed appointment free of charge at least 48 hours in advance. In the case of cancellation, the amount paid is refunded within 1 working day. If you cancel within 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the appointment, I can refund 50% of the fee; for cancellations within 24 hours, no refund is possible.
In cases of force majeure you can of course count on maximum flexibility.
